Firstly, I’m from Punjab Ludhiana, so I’m not a Kurukshetra citizen. I’m a technical engineer by education, and in 2006 my company transferred me to Kurukshetra. I missed my mom’s Punjabi food, but being a Punjabi, I tried a lot of restaurants, dhabas, etc., but I did not find that one taste; the spices and the flavor were not like what I wanted, so I decided that with my job, I would open the Punjabi dhaba in 2007.
And it’s virtually grown beyond my expectations, and after that, in 2007, I quit my job and showed my talent and flavors in my dhaba.
